Tap the expertise and learnings of over 200 agencies and project-driven organizations.

Get your own wickedly smart and experienced AgencyAgile consultant, ready to help you and your agency on its journey.

Through our consultant you’ll be able to tap into our learnings from working with 200+ agencies, plus the decades of agency, strategy, and advisory experience that your consultant brings from prior lives. You set the agenda and drive the discussion. Common topics include:

  • Agency positioning and capabilities
  • Sales process, pitch management, and pricing strategy
  • Managerial accounting and reporting models
  • Workflow and project management systems selection and configuration
  • Delivery process optimization
  • Improved client engagement models
  • Staff reduction and restructuring
  • Reducing meetings and needless communications.
  • Fractional role-based services, such as PMO, COO and other leadership roles.

In most cases to make best use of your consultant’s time, you’ll want to do at least one of our three core diagnostic workshops to speed their onboarding to your agency, and also to isolate key problem areas and improvement opportunities. They typically consume 2-3 hours of retainer, each:

  • 18pt Agency Competencies Diagnostic Workshop – a facilitated discussion across a range of delivery-focused competencies, many of which have high impact on delivery success, profitability (margin), client and team happiness, and overall organizational culture.
  • Agency Productivity Diagnostic Workshop – a 360-style workshop involving a cross-section of your agency team, the results of which are then benchmarked against our database of over 80 other agencies that have done the same diagnostic. This typically exposes the deep root causes of persistent agency challenges, such as missing/shrinking margin, high rework rates, and lower-than-planned worker productivity.
  • Agency-Client Diagnostic Workshop – an interactive workshop focused on assessing your client base and the challenges that you face in delivery, including a wrap-up assessment of the key factors and your next-best actions using insights from our “Agency Theory” based research.

Your consultant may choose to use some of our AgencyAgile training materials is their work with you, but this CEO Advisory service does not include AgencyAgile’s core trainings and transformation services, or Level 1 or Level 2 programs, including pod design, briefing, scoping and estimation, day structure, check-in, etc.
