Cracking the Code for a Better RFP
MediaPost: “How many times have you heard, or even remarked, that the Request For Proposal (RFP) process is antiquated and in need of a major update?”

AgencyAgile radically reformed the dysfunctional Request for Proposal (RFP) process typically used to select agency partners in order to invent a Request for Partnership approach that replaces the “ineffective and brokered beauty contest” with “a sober assessment of how an agency and a client can best work together”. Using this technique AgencyAgile helped Edwards Lifesciences select a lead digital agency that is the right partner, overcoming prior trial-and-error mismatches.
The approach looks beyond the expertise and capabilities of the agency and “helps clients build solid agency relationships by focusing on how teams (agency and client) work together” rather than relying solely on “past agency accomplishments and spec work” with the intention of producing “six figure” savings in long term business impact.
